Good morning Everyone……
I am new to this website. Actually began my “permanent” weight loss journey on June 25th. My starting weight was 234 and to this date I have lost 7 pounds. Weight loss, as with most people, is a difficult task. I am 43 yrs. old, with a four year old, single and work full-time. I do have time to workout, but it is for 1/2 hour only (I use the elliptical - five days a week). I’m trying to stay motivated, but rushing through the 30 minutes, can make a person hesitate. The weekends, I use the outdoor track in the neighborhood. I would like to become a “FIT SUPERMOM”. It’s great and inspiring reading some of the blogs. I would like to hear from everyone, especially the single moms.
