Another uneventful day
Well, yesterday I ate healthy meals, even though last night I ate an ice cream sandwich (160 cal.). I also had less than a handful of walnuts and about 40 pistachios. I don’t know if that is the reason the scale did not move, but that probably is the reason, right? Yesterday’s exercise said I burned 425 cal. So not for anything, that should have taken care of what I ate at breakfast. I guess it is time to try something different. I read Christie’s post this morning (Thanks Christie for the info), so I will rest (from exercising) for a couple of days and increase my calories by the 10% (probably with fruit) and see what happens. I refuse to go the way of South Beach, because two weeks without fruit is unthinkable. I’ll post if the new trick has made an impression, or not.
Eat to Live; Don’t Live to Eat.
Stick with the fruit in the evening. But try not to eat for at least two hours before bedtime. If you snack on fruit only, the scale will move. I promise!

I wonder if the nuts had something to do with it. I remember trying to eat heathier and adding in nuts and the scale wouldn’t budge after a time. The nuts are supposed to be good for our heart but they still have lots of fat when you add them all up. The nut thing has always been confusing for me to understand. Good for you but loads of fat. I’ll never understand it I guess. I’m no help huh? lol
lol well southbeach is awesome and i must say after the two weeks it is smooth sailing lol lol you are so funny. Remember nuts have alot of calories. on southbeach we can have 15 nuts or 30 pistachios but its cool whatever you do you’ll work it out. But I simply love Southbeach it really isn;t a diet after the first two weeks but that’s only to wean your body and i love salad. Cucumber, onion and tomatoe is awesome and i love nuts, tuna (i don’t eat meat anymore) so it works well for me and string cheese lowfat! Best to you sweetie whatever you choose!!!
