Weight is back to normal; it’s time to move on!
I have lost the three pounds I gained during the weekend — Oh Happy Day! I do not want to repeat that. Today I return to the gym to use my favorite machine — the Elliptical. I am continuing to do strength training at home with light weights, but fell asleep early last night. Will definitely get it in tonight. Breakfast today was plain bagel with 1 tblspn. peanut butter, am snack is light yogurt, lunch will be pb&j on whole wheat bread, pm snack is the beloved apple. Dinner will be baked chicken and mixed vegetables. Sounds good. I have probably overloaded on the carbs, but the chef at work is on vacation for five weeks and I do not want anyone else preparing my breakfast.
