Buddyslim Boot Camp
Good morning everyone!
I have not written in such a long time, that I don’t know where to begin. On a daily basis I try to read the blogs and the ones that I have read, are going in the same direction — UP! Weight gain during the holiday season are plaguing some people pretty hard. We need a Buddyslim BootCamp. We need to be hard (with a kind word) on those of us who are using food to soothe our souls. I have been a big girl all of my life. I decided to lose the weight because I want to do so much more — wear smaller sizes (which are cheaper), even though I have a lung condition, I want to be able to climb stairs without being winded, to be able to sit “Indian-style” with my young son, and to sit (better than Star Jones) with my legs COMPLETELY crossed. I know quite a few of you have lost a lot of weight. I have lost 23 pounds. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER WITH THE EXTRA WEIGHT OFF. I know you feel better also, so why let food soothe you? We need to find other ways of satisfaction. Come on Ladies (& Gents), let’s get it together, before you miss your dream. Have a wonderful day!
